Devourment and Incinerate are the only ones I know that are confirmed.

As far as I know, a venue hasn't been chosen yet. The guy putting on the show is still new to this. He's never done a big show before. Hopefully it works out. I know he's got a long list of bands that he wants to play this.

Steve from Condemned posted something about them playing the Vegas fest II thats the only band that have announced confirmation for next year with both bands you mentioned and Idk if anything has been chosen.
